The summer girls of KPOP had say
their farewell. After 7 years, one of the top girl groups of the industry had
made their last comeback with the song “Lonely”. This track express emotions of
the group regarding their disbandment, but as a breakup song, changing their
usual dancing tracks to an emotional one.

Super Star and Untitle, 2014 by G Dragon
Like the past post, I had a lot of
debates with two songs from the same artist, which created a subdivision on the
same list. On this occasion, we have the leader of Big Bang, making his solo
comeback with the mini album “Kwong Ji Young”, which is his real name. The
project reflects his more intimate thoughts and feelings, and for that the
selection of the title for the album.
a. The
title track for the album was changed at last minute because of the rough
lyrics that could relate to the scandal involving one of Big Bang’s member,
TOP. That is why the song “Super Star” was replaced with another song. For me
is a great track with deep emotions and a great sound.
b. The
title track of the album is “Untitle, 2014”, a sorrowful song filled with
sentiment.

You by Seul Ong ft Beenzino
Seul Ong released his self-produced
album at the middle of June. The title of this projects is “You”, same as
the title track. For this song, he collaborated with rapper and friend,
Beenzino, which makes the track even better.

Yes I Am and Aze Gaga (Age Gag) by MAMAMOO
On June, the group released their
fifth mini album, titled “Purple”.
a. With
the title track “Yes I Am”, they have received various awards on different
music shows, and had topped musical charts locally and international.
b. The
second track they released from the album was “Aze Gag”, which is my favorite,
with a catchy chorus and lighthearted lyrics.

As If It’s The Last Time by BlackPink
The YG girl group has made their
comeback with the track “As If The Last Time”, which wanted to bring a little
of cuteness to their “girl crush” image. They have been breaking multiple
records since the release, and had topped charts on the local markets as well
internationally.

I’m Good by Henry
Henry has released a couple of
singles for the past months. For June, he released the track “I’m Good”, which
can drive to his playful side with sweet vocals and a hip-hop vibe.

You, Clouds, Rain by Heize
This song is part of her third mini
album but as a hidden track. At its release, “You, Clouds, Rain”, took by storm
the charts, and stills places at top of them.

The track is part of a three songs
project; “Summer Love”, “Outside”, and “Don’t Be Shy”. As it announces on the
title, “Summer Love” talks about summer romance accompany with an incredible
scenario for the MV and his amazing vocals.

The BlockB main vocalist has released
a collaboration track with gugunda’s member, Se Jeong. The track is a cute
sweet song, filled with innocent love and great vocals from Taeil and the sweetness
of Se Jeong.

Ambiguous by BTOB from Fight My Way OST
This song is part of the OST of the
drama Fight My Way. The lyrics of the song goes perfect with the drama’s main
characters and their relationship, and how they transform from best friends to
realizing their romantic love for each other.
